1General Introduction & Applicability

betjd is an online gaming platform that provides Bangladeshi users with live casino, sports betting, slot games, and a variety of other entertainment experiences. This Terms & Conditions document sets out all the terms applicable between you (the user) and the betjd platform.

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. betjd may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time. betjd reserves the right to close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

3Account Security & Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account — whether authorised or not. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

betjd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without providing a reason, particularly in cases of fraudulent activity, unusual betting patterns, or other rule violations.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

betjd currently accepts the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's digital wallet

Deposits or withdrawals through any method not listed above are not accepted.

betjd is committed to fast payment processing. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, there may be some delay in exceptional circumstances or due to the verification process.

4.4 Ownership of Deposited Funds

Funds deposited into your account may only be used for gaming activity on the betjd platform. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted — withdrawals will always be returned to the same account through the original deposit method.

5Bonus & Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

betjd offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200; for deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies — giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds from the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Conditions for Bonus Eligibility

• Each bonus offer is applicable only once per account.
• betjd reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings if evidence of fraudulent bonus claiming is found.
• The validity period of a bonus offer will be determined according to the rules stated on the relevant promotion page.
• betjd reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus programme.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.

6Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

Maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all users on the betjd platform is our top priority. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempting to exploit system errors.
• Attempting to play using automated bots or software.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or engage in match manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Impersonating a betjd employee or representative.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the platform's software.

If such a violation is detected, the account will be closed immediately, deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7VIP Programme & Rewards

betjd's VIP programme has four tiers. Users can progress from one tier to a higher one through regular gaming activity:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Any changes to VIP benefits and cashback may be made at betjd's discretion. Specific criteria for achieving or maintaining a VIP tier can be found in the relevant section.

8Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

11Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be resolved through the appropriate authority in accordance with applicable law. This agreement is severable — if any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.

12Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. If there is an existing balance at the time of closure, any amount outside of wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

betjd may also close an account on its own initiative for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
